1Acceptance
These terms govern the use of EVO Data Advisor, provided by evoaxi. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you state that you have authority to do so.
2What the service is
A virtual data consultant that interviews, analyses, audits and produces artefacts: data models with diagram and script, cost analysis, architecture documents, decision matrices, proof-under-load plans, execution packages and documents for outside readers.
The account is organised by organisation. A person can belong to more than one, and each organisation has its own members, permissions, security policies and consumption ceiling.
3What the service explicitly does not do
EVODA does not execute changes in any environment. It does not connect to your production database to alter data or structure, it does not apply migrations and it does not run scripts for you. What it hands over is the package for a person or an agent on your side to execute, with verification steps and rollback.
EVODA does not replace human consulting with formal professional liability, does not issue reports with legal effect and does not perform regulatory audits.
Recommendations are decision support. You decide, and responsibility for the decision and the execution remains yours.
4What you commit to
Uploading only material you have the right to upload, and preferring structure and anonymised samples over extracts of real personal data.
Keeping the access link you receive by email and any agent keys you generate confidential, and revoking whatever you no longer use.
Not using the service for unlawful activity, and not attempting to bypass technical limits, consumption ceilings or isolation between organisations.
5On the artefacts produced
Deliverables produced inside your organisation are yours. You may use, adapt, publish and distribute them as you wish.
The product, the methodology canon, the prompts and the code that produce them remain evoaxi property.
Content generated by a language model can contain errors. Verify before applying, especially scripts that change structure or data.
6Free diagnosis
The diagnosis requires no account and exists so you can evaluate the product before deciding. It has a daily and per-origin limit, so the operating cost does not run open-ended.
The result is a first read, with the depth that the absence of context allows. It is not a consulting assessment, and the page says so.
7Consumption and billing
Each organisation has a monthly consumption ceiling, visible inside the product along with where that ceiling comes from and where it changes.
While plans are not published, commercial terms are agreed case by case and prevail over this section wherever they are specific.
8Availability
We work to keep the service up, but it can be unavailable for maintenance or through failure, including of third parties we depend on, such as the language model vendors.
When a model vendor goes down, the product tries to continue through another path before returning an error.
9Limitation of liability
EVODA supports architecture decisions but does not answer for them. We are not responsible for the outcome of an implementation, for the real cost of a platform you chose, for downtime caused by a script executed in your environment, or for a decision you make based on a system recommendation.
Our liability, where it exists, is limited to the amount your organisation paid in the twelve months preceding the event.
10Termination
You can close the account whenever you want. We may terminate in case of use that breaches these terms or threatens the security of the service, with notice where notice is possible.
Once the account is closed, you can export the deliverables before removal, which happens within the period stated in the privacy policy.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of evoaxi domicile are elected to settle whatever conversation cannot.
